INFORMING – AGREEMENT for the personal data treatment (for the Italian territory art. 13 of the D.lgs 196/03 “Code Concerning the Personal Data Protection”)

ELETTRIC80, as Independent Owner of the Private Data Treatment, guarantees the lawfulness, the proportionality, the necessity and protection of the collected data in compliance of the laws in force concerning Privacy (for the Italian territory the D.lgs 196/03 and relevant Disciplinary Technical Enclosure “B”) and it guarantees also the rights of the persons concerned (for the Italian territory the rights of art.7 of the D.lgs 196/03).
