Help Desk
Our Help Desk office provides support to customer’s operators meeting with problems in the normal conduction of robotic palletising and LGV systems supplied by Elettric 80 SpA, or in the event of equipment malfunctions.
In daily office time 08:00 am - 06.00 pm - Monday to Friday - a team of technicians will provide phone and/or modem connection support (if this option is available at customer’s), with suggesting correct conduction guiding and/or diagnostics steps to follow in order to check and locate possible breakages/malfunctions.
